Momentum is a monthly series of intimate community conversations where a visionary facilitates a moderated dialogue on a variety of topics ranging from social services to youth engagement. The idea behind these conversations is to encourage the community to get involved in the daily happenings of their community. By creating conversation and collaborations, these monthly programs create momentum within Vision 2025.
Progression. Progression is a Greenville Forward series that provides an opportunity for Greenvillians to learn, engage, and discuss topics that help shape our community. The series fits with the Greenville Forward’s goal to educate the public on important topics in our community and inspire lively discussion. Learn More.
Vision Voice Newsletter. Every quarter or so, we produce an informational newsletter about happenings in Greenville, progress on the Vision, and our plans for the future. The piece celebrates a different vision focus area each quarter and reviews the status of related community goals. It is mailed to 1,800 households and sent to 2,500 email addresses. Research Studies. We are constantly conducting primary research, surveys and focus groups. In the past, we have conducted studies on race relations, Greenville’s culture of learning, student retention, and the plight of the medically underserved. This year’s study will focus on developing the criteria for the community indicators with a general quality of life study including some emphasis on specific indicator sectors. Read past reports.
